Award-winning Walter’s Dining Room is named after Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre founder Chief Walter Twinn of the Sawridge First Nation. The atrium has lots of greenery and a three-storey cedar clad fireplace. A diverse menu reflects western Canada and its Native heritage. Dishes include fish, meat and game accompanied by organic produce from farms within 100 kms of Jasper.
