In a country setting 10 minutes from downtown Jasper is a rustic restaurant where chef Kami Cochrane showcases colourful meals, including vegan specialties, from fresh local ingredients. Everything is made from scratch; culinary expertise is reflected in every dish. The creative desserts are visually stunning.

The warm oak and fir décor with big stone fireplace is distinctly Canadian. While the cuisine is gourmet, the inviting atmosphere is ‘casually elegant’. Window-side tables provide majestic Kerkeslin and Hardisty mountain views. After eating, stroll Athabasca River paths or relax in Adirondack chairs by the roaring river.
