Jasper’s original East Indian restaurant serves exceptional, all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner buffets. Watch chef/owner Gopala Shelke expertly prepare authentic dishes in the open-to-view kitchen with tandoor clay oven. Gopala graduated culinary arts school in Mumbai, and honed his craft at Taj President Hotels in India and locally at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. His natural, healthy cuisine (with no food colouring or MSG) relies on spices such as fresh garlic and ginger, chilies, fenugreek and cardamom. Dinner buffets feature nine curry dishes, and there are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal choices. Catering services are offered.

Jasper Curry Place has a simple, East Indian inspired décor (including paintings from India), wood booth seating and open kitchen. The restaurant boasts a large sidewalk patio with Roche Bonhomme mountain view.
