Located in a tranquil spot off Jasper’s main street, this restaurant is owned by husband and wife team Stephanie Kalamoutsos and Darryl Huculak. Darryl is an accomplished chef; his contemporary Canadian cuisine with Mediterranean twists (including vegan and gluten-free options) relies on regional produce, BC seafood, and Alberta beef and game. All selections are homemade on-site, including soups, dressings, sauces, daily baked breads and desserts.
Patrons enjoy views of Pyramid Mountain and Roche Bonhomme through the Olive Bistro’s atrium windows and from its heated patio (with fire pit table). The softly lit lounge offers hand crafted cocktails and small plates for sharing.
