The newest restaurant in Jasper is owned by one of the town’s most accomplished chefs. John Riedler, together with his life and business partner Darlene, now apply the culinary skill and entrepreneurial drive that made Fiddle River and Raven Bistro popular local eateries to their latest venture. John’s eastern European and Canadian roots, love of local ingredients and expertise in house smoking, charbroiling and slow roasting are reflected in The Whisky Jack’s food.
The Whisky Jack Grill consists of a spacious well-appointed restaurant with floor to ceiling windows, two flower-filled patios with mountain views, and a modern lounge with bar, HDTV sports and atrium ’outdoors-in’ vibe. There are spaces for private functions and striking photography of Jasper nature by Lada Kvasnicka.
